Body Recomposition Week 1 and here’s what I’m learning This phase isn’t about chasing the scale. It’s about building muscle intentionally. Fueling my body properly. Training with structure. For my portion: • 80g oats • 3 eggs • 2 tbsp milk • Pinch of salt • Very little oil to fry Paired with banana 🍌 If your goal is weight loss: Use 40–60g oats 2–3 eggs 1 tbsp milk (or skimmed milk) No starvation. No detox. Just structured meals that support your goals. This is how I make simple foods work for my transformation. — Gracious Fit Mum Li
